It comes with a 1/2-in spindle for attachment to your flagpole truck (pulley system, which must have a hole on top, threaded to accommodate the 1/2-in spindle). This eagle is recommended for poles standing 20 to 35-ft. Eagle's overall wingspan is 27-in with a tip to tip measurement of 15-in and weighs approx. 5.3 lbs.
